Job Summary
The Shift Leader is responsible for assisting management with daily operations, ensuring all Crew Persons and Team Leaders perform their job responsibilities, and improving overall restaurant performance. This role requires skills in planning, team building, problem-solving, and effective communication. The ideal candidate should possess 2-3 years of relevant experience and a high school diploma. The position demands strong organizational skills and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to troubleshoot cash handling problems
- Reliable personal transportation and valid driver’s license
