Job Summary
The Shift Leader supports the General Manager and Restaurant Management Team in ensuring effective operations and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include providing quality customer service, enhancing the skills of Crew Persons, assisting in maximizing sales and minimizing costs, and complying with company policies. Candidates should possess 2 to 3 years of restaurant management experience, a High School Diploma or GED, strong planning, team building, problem solving skills, and effective communication abilities.
Required Qualifications
- Approximately two (2) to three (3) years of experience in restaurant management
- High School Diploma/General Equivalency Diploma (GED)
- Excellent planning and time management skills
- Team building skills
- Investigative and problem solving skills
- Ability to troubleshoot cash handling problems
- Reliable personal transportation and valid driver’s license
- Accessible communication method with the restaurant
Desired Qualifications
- Bi-lingual skills a plus
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to identify and implement process improvement strategies
