Job Summary
The Shift Leader assists the General Manager and the Restaurant Management Team in managing activities and ensuring that all Crew Persons and Team Leaders meet job responsibilities and expectations. Essential functions include delivering quality customer service, enhancing team performance, supporting sales efforts, and complying with policies. The role demands strong oral and written communication skills, analytical and organizational abilities, and a commitment to process improvements. Qualifications include 2-3 years of relevant experience, a high school diploma or GED, and various skills related to planning, teamwork, and problem-solving.
Required Qualifications
- Approximately two (2) to three (3) years of experience in restaurant management or related field
- High School Diploma/General Equivalency Diploma (GED) required
- Reliable personal transportation, a valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance
- Access to a telephone or reliable communication method
