Job Summary
The Shift Leader assists the General Manager with management activities, ensuring a quality product and customer service that delivers total customer satisfaction. This role supports maximizing sales and profits while minimizing controllable costs. Responsibilities include training and improving skills of Crew Persons, leading shift activities, effective communication, and participating in training and meetings. Key qualifications include a high school diploma, two to three years of restaurant management experience, planning and time management skills, team building, investigative skills, and the ability to troubleshoot problems.
Required Qualifications
- Approximately two (2) to three (3) years of experience in restaurant management
- High School Diploma/General Equivalency Diploma (GED)
- Excellent planning and time management skills
- Team building skills
- Investigative and problem solving skills
- Ability to troubleshoot cash handling problems
- Reliable personal transportation and valid driver’s license
- Telephone or other reliable method of communicating with the restaurant
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to identify and implement process improvement strategies

- Bi-lingual skills
