Job Summary
The Shift Leader role includes assisting the General Manager with management activities, ensuring quality customer service, supporting sales and profit maximization, and leading Crew Persons. Essential functions involve providing customer satisfaction, improving team performance, complying with company policies, and demonstrating effective communication skills. Candidates must have significant experience in restaurant management, possess a high school diploma or GED, and demonstrate strong planning, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Required Qualifications
- Approximately two (2) to three (3) years of experience in restaurant management or equivalent education
- High School Diploma/General Equivalency Diploma (GED)
- Excellent planning and time management skills
- Team building skills
- Investigative and problem solving skills
- Ability to troubleshoot cash handling problems
- Reliable personal transportation
- Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance
- Access to a telephone or other communication method
- Strong analytical and organizational skills

- Bi-lingual skills a plus
