The Shift Leader assists the General Manager or Person In Charge with management duties and is responsible for ensuring crew and team leaders perform their job duties effectively. Essential functions include providing quality customer service, improving crew performance, maximizing sales, complying with company policies, and maintaining effective communication. Candidates should have 2 to 3 years of relevant restaurant management experience and a high school diploma. The role demands planning, time management, problem solving, and the ability to communicate effectively, all within a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of experience in restaurant management
