Job Summary
The Shift Leader assists the General Manager with management activities, ensuring that all Crew Persons and Team Leaders meet job expectations. Key responsibilities include delivering a quality customer service experience, improving team skills, maximizing sales, complying with company policies, and participating in training. Candidates should have 2-3 years of restaurant management experience, strong planning, problem-solving, and team-building skills, alongside a high school diploma or equivalent.
Required Qualifications
- Approximately two (2) to three (3) years of experience in restaurant management
- Excellent planning and time management skills
- Team building skills
- Investigative and problem solving skills
- Ability to troubleshoot cash handling problems
- Reliable personal transportation
- Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance
- Telephone or other reliable method of communication with the restaurant
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to identify and implement process improvement strategies
