Job Summary
The Shift Leader assists the General Manager with management activities and ensures Crew Persons and Team Leaders meet job expectations. Responsibilities include providing quality customer service, improving team skills, maximizing sales and profits, and complying with company policies. Candidates must have 2-3 years of experience in restaurant management, along with strong planning, problem-solving, and communication skills. A High School Diploma or GED is required.
Required Qualifications
- Approximately two (2) to three (3) years of experience in restaurant management
- High School Diploma/General Equivalency Diploma (GED)
- Excellent planning and time management skills
- Team building skills
- Investigative and problem solving skills
- Ability to troubleshoot cash handling problems
- Reliable personal transportation, valid driver’s license and proof of insurance
- Ability to communicate effectively with various contacts
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to identify and implement process improvement strategies
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual skills are a plus
