Job Summary
The Shift Leader is responsible for assisting the General Manager or Person In Charge with management activities, ensuring all Crew Persons and Team Leaders meet their job responsibilities and expectations. Essential functions include providing quality customer service, striving to improve team performance, maximizing sales and profits, and complying with company policies. Strong communication skills are required, along with planning, problem-solving, and analytical abilities. This position requires a high school diploma and 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of experience in restaurant management or related fields
- High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED)
- Excellent planning and time management skills
- Team building skills
- Investigative and problem-solving skills
- Ability to troubleshoot cash handling problems
- Reliable personal transportation and valid driver’s license
- Strong analytical and organizational skills

- Bi-lingual skills a plus
