Job Summary
The Shift Leader assists management in restaurant operations and oversees Crew Persons and Team Leaders to meet performance expectations. Key responsibilities include ensuring a quality customer service experience, supporting sales and profit maximization efforts, modeling company values, leading work shifts, and effective communication. Candidates should have 2-3 years of restaurant management experience, strong planning, problem-solving, and team-building skills, and a High School Diploma or GED.
Required Qualifications
- Approximately two (2) to three (3) years of experience in restaurant management
- Excellent planning and time management skills
- Team building skills
- Investigative and problem solving skills
- Ability to troubleshoot cash handling problems
- Reliable personal transportation, a valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance
- Telephone or other reliable method of communication with the restaurant
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
