Job Summary
The Shift Leader assists the General Manager with management activities and oversees Crew Persons and Team Leaders to ensure job responsibilities are met. Key responsibilities include providing quality customer service, improving team performance, supporting sales efforts, complying with company policies, and communicating effectively with staff. The role requires strong planning, team building, investigative skills, and process improvement abilities. A high school diploma and a few years of relevant experience are mandatory.
Required Qualifications
- Approximately 2-3 years of restaurant management experience or education
- High School Diploma/General Equivalency Diploma (GED)
- Excellent planning and time management skills
- Team building skills
- Investigative and problem solving skills
- Ability to troubleshoot cash handling problems
- Reliable personal transportation and valid driver's license
- Telephone or other reliable communication method
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
