Key responsibilities include providing quality customer service, improving team performance, supporting sales efforts, complying with company policies, and communicating effectively with staff. The role requires strong planning, team building, investigative skills, and process improvement abilities. A high school diploma and a few years of relevant experience are mandatory.

Required Qualifications

  • Approximately 2-3 years of restaurant management experience or education

  • Ability to troubleshoot cash handling problems
  • Reliable personal transportation and valid driver's license
