Job Summary
The Shift Leader assists the General Manager with management activities and is involved in ensuring Crew Persons and Team Leaders meet their job responsibilities. Key responsibilities include providing quality customer service, improving team performance, supporting sales and profit maximization, complying with company policies, and participating in training and meetings. Candidates should have restaurant management experience, strong planning, time management, and analytical skills, along with effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
Required Qualifications
- Approximately two (2) to three (3) years of restaurant management experience
- Excellent planning and time management skills
- Team building skills
- Investigative and problem solving skills
- Ability to troubleshoot cash handling problems
- Reliable personal transportation and valid driver’s license
- Telephone or reliable method of communication with the restaurant
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to identify and implement process improvement strategies
