Job Summary
Supervise restaurant activities, monitor team performance, and ensure compliance with safety and company policies. Delegate tasks, organize shift schedules, and assign duties based on role and skills. Perform Ops Walks and Q&A checks to correct operational areas, while greeting guests, recording orders, and serving food and beverages. Ensure daily cleanliness through table clearing, floor sweeping, and sanitizing kitchen utensils and high-touch areas. Balance cash drawers, prepare deposits, and complete required administrative checklists. Train new and current team members on station skills and duties. Handle guest concerns professionally and communicate performance feedback to management. Model positive behavior and enforce uniform policies while maintaining high productivity.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Fluent in English
- Certified in all stations following the DHC Training Program
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude
- Commitment to guest satisfaction
- Effective communicator with co-workers and the restaurant management team
- Reliable transportation to work
- Driver's license
- Proof of insurance
- Ability to delegate tasks

- Must be able and willing to work flexible hours including opening and closing shifts
