Job Summary
Supervise restaurant operations by monitoring team performance, delegating tasks, and ensuring compliance with safety policies. Conduct Ops Walks and Q&A checks to correct operational gaps, organize shift schedules, and assign duties based on role and skills. Greet guests, record orders, and serve food while handling complaints professionally. Train new and current team members, balance cash drawers, and maintain daily cleanliness standards. Communicate performance issues to management and enforce company directives. Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays to support the Dave's Hot Chicken business plan.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Fluent in English
- Certified in all stations following the DHC Training Program
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must have reliable transportation to work
- Must have a driver's license
- Must have proof of insurance
- Must have telephone or other reliable method of communicating with supervisor and co-workers
- Must be able and willing to work flexible hours including opening and closing shifts
- Must be able to bend and stoop
- Must be able to work around heat
- Must be able to work around others in close quarters
- Must be able to lift 50-75 lbs. comfortably
