Shift Leader

Lead and direct team members during assigned shifts while ensuring food quality, speed of service, and guest satisfaction. Manage labor and productivity, coach team members in the moment, and handle guest concerns professionally. Enforce food safety, cleanliness, and health standards, then count drawers and manage cash accurately. Open and close the restaurant following company procedures to maintain a positive, high-energy environment. Communicate clearly with management and team members throughout the shift. Nights and weekends required. Previous restaurant experience preferred.
