Shift Leader

Lead and direct team members during assigned shifts while ensuring food quality, speed of service, and guest satisfaction. Manage labor and productivity, coach team members in the moment, and handle guest concerns professionally. Enforce food safety, cleanliness, and health standards; open and close the restaurant following company procedures; and count drawers and manage cash accurately. Maintain a positive, high-energy work environment and communicate clearly with management and staff. Nights and weekends required. Previous restaurant experience preferred.
