Job Summary
Shift Leader at Quality Brand Group LLC (a Dunkin’ franchisee) oversees the store’s shift operations, coaching Crew Members, assigning roles, and ensuring a high-quality guest experience. Responsibilities include managing team performance, training Crew Members, implementing brand standards, controlling labor and food costs, maintaining safety and cleanliness, handling equipment issues, and upholding courtesy and accountability during the shift. Must be able to lead a team, communicate goals, and drive operational excellence to deliver a memorable guest experience. The role requires English fluency, supervisory experience, and physical ability to lift 30-50 pounds and operate standard restaurant equipment. Pay ranges from $16.00 to $17.75 per hour, with standard benefits eligible after required hours.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to fluently speak/read English
- Math and writing skills
- Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred
- Guest Focus – anticipate and understand guests’ needs and exceed their expectations
- Problem Solving and Decision Making – make good decisions based on analysis, experience and judgment
- Be physically and mentally capable of learning to operate standard restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply)
- This position requires one to lift 30 to 50 pounds and also requires you to use motion that entails pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists
