Job Summary
Oversee store operations as the on-duty manager, managing opening and closing shifts while delivering quality products and an exceptional guest experience. Take initiative to delegate tasks, hold the team accountable for Clean Juice standards, and ensure a clean work environment. Handle all monetary exchanges by taking orders and ringing up transactions, while answering guest questions and practicing strong communication with staff and management. Perform standard Juicerista duties including standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds. Eligible for promotion to management positions.
Required Qualifications
- Key holders of the store
- Scheduled for opening and/or closing shifts
- Can hold the team accountable to keep up the Clean Juice standards and procedures
- Are eligible for promotions for management positions
- Practice strong communication skills to communicate effectively wit our guests, the staff and the GM
- Manage all monetary exchanges in the store by taking orders and ringing up transactions
- Work in standing position for long periods of time
- Can reach, bend, stoop and lift up to 50 pounds
