Job Summary
Shift Leader at Chicken Salad Chick with rotating opening/mid/closing shifts. Responsibilities include taking orders, handling cash and cards, serving guests, delivering meals to tables or designated pickup areas, maintaining cleanliness in dining and service areas, stocking supplies, coaching and leading a team, and ensuring food safety and hospitality standards. Requires hard-working, team-oriented attitude, strong customer service, reliable transportation, US work authorization, 18+ years old, HS diploma or equivalent, and availability including Saturdays; prior restaurant management/leadership experience preferred. Location: Gainesville, FL storefront; on-site role with potential leadership development and career growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Be authorized to work in the United States
- Must have a High School diploma or equivalent
- Be at least 18 years old
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Reliable transportation with a current driver's license is required
- Be available to work any time including Saturdays
- At least one-year previous restaurant management or leadership experience is preferred
