Shift Leader

Shift Leader at a Chick-fil-A restaurant with in-person duties in Winston-Salem, NC. Must be available 11am–11pm and able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends, and holidays. Responsible for leading and assisting in operations to meet labor cost, food cost, and customer service metric goals. Demonstrates exceptional customer service and hospitality, is coachable, and ready to learn. Growth-minded with a focus on innovation, understands job roles, and follows through with team objectives.
