Job Summary
Lead and inspire crew members to deliver outstanding guest service and maintain high operational standards as a Shift Leader at Chick-fil-A. Manage and support the team in ordering, payments, and beverage/dessert preparation while ensuring cleanliness and organization of dining areas, restrooms, and parking. Coach and mentor teammates to foster a positive, accountable work environment, uphold strict food safety and cleanliness standards, and handle opening/closing as a key holder. Opportunities include flexible scheduling, paid training, and development of customer service and management skills in a supportive hospitality-focused setting.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- high school diploma or equivalent
- Hard-working, friendly, honest, and team-oriented with excellent customer service skills
- Reliable transportation and a current driver’s license
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and Saturdays
- Preferred: Minimum one year of restaurant management or leadership experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
