Job Summary
Shift Leader responsible for supporting senior leadership in executing daily restaurant operations, coaching and developing team members, opening/closing shifts as a key holder, and ensuring a high level of guest service in a fast-paced Chick-fil-A restaurant. Focus areas include leading shifts, training new hires, count drawers, and maintaining operational excellence while fostering a positive, service-oriented environment. Strong communication, leadership by example, and teamwork are essential to set the tone for the shift and deliver superior customer service.
