Job Summary
Shift Leader responsible for supervising restaurant operations, ensuring recipes and tickets are followed, leading shifts, training new hires, coaching team members, and upholding a positive, guest-centered service culture. Leads by example, opens/closes shifts, counts drawers, and ensures adherence to company policies while maintaining strong communication and teamwork in a fast-paced, high-volume Chick-fil-A environment. Must demonstrate strong leadership, people skills, and a commitment to superior customer service to support senior leadership and drive Operational Excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 18+ years old
- Previous customer service/leadership experience preferred

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong people skills with a desire to serve Team Members
- Strong commitment to superior customer service
- Ability to manage Team Member behavioral and performance issues
- Ability to work in a team environment with shared ownership and responsibility
- Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, restaurant assistant manager is not required but is preferred
