Job Summary
Shift Leader responsible for supporting directors in executing daily operations, coaching and developing team members, and leading by example to keep the restaurant running smoothly in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Key duties include opening/closing, leading shifts, acting as a role model, counting drawers and finalizing the day, and ensuring exceptional guest service. Must train and develop new hires, communicate effectively, maintain eye contact, smile, and build emotional connections with guests. Requirements emphasize reliable transportation, ability to work in a fast-paced setting, strong people skills and commitment to superior customer service, and the ability to manage team performance and conflict. Saturdays are required; experience as shift lead or similar roles is preferred but not required. Working at a Chick-fil-A restaurant is framed as a team-oriented, leadership-development opportunity.
