Job Summary
Shift Leader assists the Restaurant Manager with management activities, supervises Crew Members to meet job expectations, enforces Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards, monitors staffing levels and labor costs, provides training and direction to Crew Members, supports efforts to maximize sales and profits, and ensures guests receive Superstar service. Requires 18+ years old, flexibility in hours (morning, evening, weekend), and strong organizational, team-building, problem-solving, and communication skills. Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift 50–75 pounds. Carl's Jr. established in 1941 with over 1,000 locations; Rocklin, CA location included.
