Job Summary
Lead daily operations during assigned shifts by supervising team members, assigning tasks, and providing coaching to ensure efficient service and quality standards. Monitor equipment and wash processes while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized facility. Deliver excellent customer service by addressing questions, concerns, and resolving issues professionally. Promote and upsell memberships and premium services, and perform basic operational tracking to support inventory needs. Report or address any equipment issues as they arise. This role requires flexibility to work weekends and holidays, with full-time and part-time options available ranging from 24 to 40 hours per week.
