Job Summary
Assemble and prepare cakes for in-shop, display, and custom orders using ice cream, frosting, icing, chocolates, and edible images. Maintain a clean and organized shop by restocking supplies and ensuring a safe, sanitary environment. Supervise shift-by-shift shop operations, assisting management with team support and coaching to ensure tasks are performed effectively. Must be able to lift tubs and boxes up to 20 lbs while unloading delivery trucks.
