Job Summary
In-store Shift Leader responsible for supervising daily store and delivery operations, coaching in-store teams, ensuring on-time dispatch and accurate orders, adjusting staffing based on volume, troubleshooting issues, enforcing SOPs, and fostering a high-performing, collaborative environment. Strong communication, organizational skills, and comfort with logistics/dispatch platforms are required; role involves coaching shoppers and drivers, coordinating with store staff and partners, and maintaining safety and efficiency on the floor.
Required Qualifications
- 2–3 years of supervisory or team lead experience in a fast-paced operations, retail, or grocery setting
- A valid U.S. driver’s license, clean driving record
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, move efficiently in-store, and be on your feet for most of the shift
