Job Summary
Conduct guest transactions, assist with food preparation and cooking, and maintain unit cleanliness. Lead employees in daily operations and manage unit opening and closing duties including cash handling, inventory, and stocking. Communicate menu offerings, suggestively sell promotions, and support training of associates to uphold service standards. Ensure safe food handling, hygiene practices, and equipment safety while adhering to all company policies. Requires alcohol awareness or ServSafe Food Safety certification, 1-2 years of customer service and supervisory experience, and ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs. Located at Dulles International Airport; shift-based role with on-call rotation.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 1-2 years previous customer service and supervisory experience
- Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos
- Ability to effectively communicate information individually and in small group situations to customers and co workers
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals
- Ability to apply reasonable understanding in carrying out instructions in written, oral or diagram form
- Must be able to obtain alcohol awareness and/or ServSafe Food Safety certification
- Must be able to lift and carry (0-50 lb.)
- Must be able to frequently reach/grasp/handle
- Must be able to frequently push and pull (0-50 lb.)
- Must be able to handle or feel objects, tools or controls
- Must be able to talk or hear
- Must have close vision
