Shift Leader responsible for training crew, maintaining standards of appearance and conduct, managing inventory and ordering, ensuring food quality and safety, handling cash deposits, and maintaining a safe and secure restaurant environment. Role includes supervising and training team members, ensuring efficient operation of the store, and upholding company policies.
