Job Summary
Shift Leaders drive guest satisfaction and operational excellence in a restaurant by supervising teams, training employees, and meeting financial targets. Responsibilities include supervising labor and food cost targets, preparing labor schedules and product projections, training and motivating team members, ensuring quality to meet brand standards, monitoring service equipment, and maintaining safety and sanitation standards. Ideal candidates have strong leadership and communication skills, the ability to manage schedules and costs, and a commitment to guest service; NRA ServSafe Food and Alcohol certifications are preferred. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of restaurant management experience
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- Must possess a valid Driver’s License
- Required to work a flexible schedule including: days, nights, weekends and Holidays
