Job Summary
Shift Leader - Bakery & Deli Associate responsibilities include leading customer service interactions, greeting customers, answering questions, overseeing opening and closing duties, assisting the General Manager with inventory, ordering, scheduling, and training, helping with bakery/deli/beverage prep and checkout operations using the POS system, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. The role requires 2+ years of customer service experience (food & beverage preferred), high energy, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting with flexible availability Monday–Saturday.
