Job Summary
Lead the store during your shift by ensuring team engagement, guest satisfaction, and strict adherence to SOPs and quality standards. Strategically maximize product sales and waste management while managing inventory, bank deposits, and store orders. Actively coach team members on role responsibilities and promotional items, addressing guest needs and potential issues before they escalate. Delegate objectives effectively, maintain total store vision, and provide powerful feedback to drive growth. Ensure the team executes with excellence, demonstrating mastery of operations and bringing calm decision-making under pressure.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of leadership, restaurant, retail or customer service experience
- Ability to work at least one of the following: early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends
- Must be at least 18 years of age
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
