Lead the store during your shift by ensuring team engagement, guest satisfaction, and consistent execution of SOPs and quality standards. Strategically maximize product sales and waste management while managing inventory, bank deposits, and store product orders. Actively coach team members on their role responsibilities and provide real-time feedback to maintain high performance. Take ownership of the shift and the following shift by delegating tasks, addressing guest needs proactively, and fostering an inclusive culture. Requires at least one year of leadership experience and the ability to work mornings, evenings, holidays, and weekends. Located in Grimes, Iowa.
