Shift Leader

Lead the store during your shift by ensuring the team executes SOPs and quality standards while managing guest connections and maximizing sales. Coach team members in real-time, delegate tasks, and address issues before they escalate to maintain a calm, inclusive culture. Handle administrative duties including bank deposits, inventory, and product orders while taking ownership of the store's look and feel. Requires at least one year of leadership or customer service experience and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
