Job Summary
Lead the team by greeting guests, suggesting menu items, and managing cash transactions while overseeing food preparation, cooking, and storage. Perform unit opening and closing duties including inventory management, stocking, and ensuring the area is clean and maintained. Monitor daily operations and lead employees during the absence of management, while supporting associate training to uphold service standards. Adhere to all safety guidelines, food handling practices, and equipment maintenance protocols. Requires ServSafe or alcohol awareness certification and 1-2 years of supervisory experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 1-2 years previous customer service and supervisory experience
- Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos
- Ability to effectively communicate information individually and in small group situations to customers and co workers
- Ability to add, subtracts, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals
- Ability to apply reasonable understanding in carrying out instructions in written, oral or diagram form
- Must be able to obtain alcohol awareness and/or ServSafe Food Safety certification
- Must be able to lift and carry (0-50 lb.)
- Must be able to frequently reach/grasp/handle
- Must be able to frequently push and pull (0-50 lb.)
- Must be able to handle or feel objects, tools or controls
- Must be able to talk or hear
- Must have close vision
