Job Summary
Supervise day-to-day task assignments and performance of associates while managing training, coaching, and daily activity coordination. Ensure a pleasant customer experience by responding to inquiries and complaints, and maintain store profitability through adherence to safety, security, quality, and operations policies. Verify age with valid I.D. for restricted sales, keep the store clean and well-stocked, and implement solutions to store challenges. Perform all duties of a typical store associate, including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, and working in cold conditions or the parking lot. Work all shifts including weekends and holidays, pass background checks, and hold a valid driver's license.

- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to perform tasks in all areas of the store which may include exposure to the cold while working in the cooler/freezer and while maintaining the parking lot and exterior of the store's perimeter
