Job Summary
Shift Leader at Jersey Mike's Subs in Point Pleasant, NJ oversees the shift by coaching staff to deliver outstanding customer service, producing high-quality food, handling cash, and executing brand standards. Responsibilities include enforcing policies, participating in training programs, developing others for career growth, leading local and national marketing initiatives, building sales, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation, ensuring proficiency in all four restaurant positions, effective communication, urgency in operations, and opening/closing duties. Candidate will lead a crew of 2 to 5 people, slice bread, bake prep, and uphold accountability and integrity while delivering the Jersey Mike’s experience with a great attitude.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High school degree or equivalent
- 1 Year QSR experience preferred
- Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler
- Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer
