Job Summary
Shift Leader at a Domino’s Pizza franchise in Chantilly, VA. Oversees daily operations in a fast-paced store, assisting the Manager on Duty with coordinating staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation. Responsibilities include leading the team during shifts, communicating assignments, handling cash and POS transactions, ensuring accurate order preparation, managing inventory and labor costs, promoting upsell opportunities, and upholding company policies and customer satisfaction standards.
Required Qualifications
