Job Summary
Shift Leader assists in daily oversight, coordination and execution of sales, costs, employee retention, customer service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness and sanitation; delivers excellent service and maintains image standards, guiding a Manager on Duty, managing high-volume operations and supervising front- and back-of-house activities, including cash handling, POS operations, inventory control, order processing, food preparation and promoting upsell opportunities. Key duties include communicating assignments, training and cross-training team members, ensuring accuracy of cash transactions and daily reports, maintaining quality standards, resolving customer issues professionally, and supporting scheduling and task completion to ensure seamless service.
