Shift Leader - 6016

Shift Leader drives daily oversight, coordination and execution of sales, cost control, employee retention, customer service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness and sanitation; provides leadership support to the Manager on Duty; maintains high standards of customer service during high-volume operations; communicates with management and team members; greets customers, takes orders, informs on menu and specials; supports shift management; assigns daily tasks; oversees pre-close functions; manages cash handling and POS operations; ensures waste tracking, labor cost practices, and stock control; identifies opportunities to upsell; cross-trains and coordinates scheduling; ensures quality standards and policies are followed; handles inventory, labeling, and preparation as needed; builds customer loyalty through friendly interactions and appreciation; resolves complaints professionally; maintains confidentiality in accordance with EEO guidelines; requires ability to pass background checks and perform essential duties as assigned.
