Job Summary
Manage the hourly team and guests with a friendly, professional demeanor while executing opening, mid, and closing duties per standard procedures. Skilled at handling guest concerns, de-escalating conflicts, and resolving issues with compassion. Execute cash-handling, POS setup, comps, voids, and deposit management. Support inventory processes and maintain high food safety standards through line checks, shelf storage monitoring, and expiration date reviews. Present yourself as a leader who motivates others to follow procedures, work with urgency, and ensure a positive guest experience. Enforce safety protocols including cut glove use, floor maintenance, and obstacle removal. Communicate and deliver an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- 21 years of age or older
- 2 years of experience as a Shift Leader/Supervisor in a Restaurant Environment
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays depending on Restaurant needs
- Regularly exposed to heat and/or humid conditions
- Allergen exposure to wheat, nuts, gluten, soy, and milk products on a regular basis
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time
- Kneeling occasionally to reach low storage and refrigeration
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds on a regular basis
- Ability to handle stressful situations with compassion, composure, and professionalism
- Possesses a Food Handler's Certification
- Possesses an Alcoholic Beverage Service Certification
- Close vision, distance vision, and peripheral vision are required
- Must possess dexterity to handle tongs, pots/pans, and other equipment
