Job Summary
Shift Leader position at WhiteWater Express oversees shift operations, guides and empowers team members, handles incident reporting and equipment maintenance, ensures safety training and procedures are followed, assists customers with memberships, monitors wash package and tunnel performance for efficiency, and supports opening/closing procedures.
