Job Summary
Manages the Hourly Team Members and interacts with Guests in a friendly, professional, and responsive way. Executes opening, mid, and closing duties daily following Velvet Taco’s standard procedures and recipe guidelines. Leads cash-handling duties, POS setup, comps, and deposits; de-escalates conflicts; supports inventory and food safety processes; ensures guests have a positive experience; mentors team members to follow procedures with urgency; maintains cleanliness and safety standards; promotes a high-energy, customer-focused environment and strong teamwork to drive sales and quality hospitality.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of experience as a Shift Leader/Supervisor in a Restaurant Environment
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Possesses a Food Handler's Certification
- Possesses an Alcoholic Beverage Service Certification
- Must be 21 years of age or older
