Job Summary
Shift Leader responsible for overseeing each shift, supervising team members, assisting with incident reports and equipment maintenance, monitoring wash package performance and tunnel efficiency, enforcing safety protocols, guiding customer interactions, assisting with membership accounts, managing opening/closing procedures, learning car wash chemistry, identifying wash quality issues, and communicating improvements to management; requires leadership, outdoor/physical work, adherence to safety guidelines, and ability to train and support team growth.
Required Qualifications
- Must successfully pass a background check.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions, including evenings and weekends
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality service and maintaining safety standards
