Job Summary
Shift Leader responsible for overseeing each shift at WhiteWater Express car wash, guiding and supporting team members, assisting management with incident reports, equipment maintenance and performance, and ensuring safety and quality standards. Duties include leading a positive, customer-focused environment; communicating wash product information and memberships; supervising opening/closing procedures; monitoring wash quality and equipment; enforcing safety protocols; conducting safety training; handling customer feedback; and providing management with improvement insights. Requires outdoor work in all weather, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and successful background check; opportunities for advancement and health/retirement benefits included.
