Job Summary
Shift Leader assists the Manager on Duty in overseeing daily operations, including sales, costs, employee retention, customer service, food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation. Delivers excellent service and maintains image standards, greets customers, takes orders, supports shift management, assigns tasks, oversees cash handling and POS operations, ensures food preparation and safety, manages inventory and ordering, trains teammates, resolves complaints, and looks for opportunities to upsell while building loyal customers through friendly, consistent interactions.
