Job Summary
Oversee daily operations, coordinate shift assignments, and manage cash and inventory controls. Prepare pizzas, process orders via POS, and ensure food quality and sanitation standards are met. Handle customer interactions, resolve complaints, and support the Manager on Duty during high-volume shifts. Perform pre-close functions, track waste, and assist with stock ordering. This role requires flexibility in a fast-paced environment and the ability to lead the team on duty.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to function in a dynamic, fast paced environment

- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
