Job Summary
Shift Leader at a Domino's Pizza franchise oversees daily operations and supports the Manager on Duty in achieving sales, cost controls, employee retention, customer service excellence, food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation. Responsibilities include delivering exceptional service, managing front-of-house and back-of-house tasks, cash handling and POS operations, inventory and scheduling coordination, training and cross-training team members, addressing customer needs and complaints, upselling products, ensuring adherence to quality standards and company policies, and assisting with daily reports and operational duties to maintain high customer satisfaction and store performance.
