Job Summary
Assists in daily oversight, coordination and execution of objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, customer service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness and sanitation. Delivers excellent service, product and image standards to maintain high customer satisfaction. Provides leadership support to the Manager on Duty, maintains high standards of customer service during high-volume, fast-paced operations, communicates clearly with management and team members, greets customers and takes orders, explains menu and specials, supports shift management, assigns daily tasks, ensures quality control in FOH and BOH, manages cash and POS operations, adheres to food safety and cost guidelines, assists with inventory control and stock ordering, and actively builds loyal customers through friendly interactions and consistent appreciation. Performs other duties as assigned and supports company policies and cross-training initiatives.
